Movers and Shakers...

Well I'm all moved in...

Not unpacked though...That's another story...

I had a tremendous amount of help and am so thankful for my friends, family and all of the love and support I had on such a difficult day...Oh and my xanax.

Lola arrived last night. She has been staying with my parents since last Friday...

And as lonesome as I was for her...I knew all of the chaos would just stress her out.

She's having a hard time adjusting...Harder than me.

First of all we are on the second floor...And she's not a big fan of the stairs. She's not use to all of the activity...You know people...cars...other dogs...And was barking non stop this morning.

So it's quite possible that I could be evicted by the end of the week.

She just doesn't deal well with change...She must get that from me.

If you get evicted, I will make you sell all your stuff before I move you again. Remember, you only need a backpack with a couple swim suits, a cover up and your black flip flops.

She will adjust just like you. I don't deal well with change either but unfortunetly it seems to be a part of life. It sucks, but in the end it just is.

Hope you guys get adjusted quickly. Drink up, make good use of that xanax and get Lola some doggie valium. Let's hope you aren't evicted any time soon! Love you.

Is there something your vet can give Lola to calm her down, till she adjusts.

I bet once unpacked, in a routine, she'll adapt to the changes and so will you.

First of all, thank you so much for visiting my blog and following! You will be awarded with some kick-ass comments! Starting with this one:

Moving is a PITA but after things calm down it's usually worth it. And Lola will adjust. Dogs usually do. Cats on the other hand....

I'm so glad you found me because I love reading about people's dog stories and adventures. I am a vet tech and never tire of hearing about people's animals. Or an animal's human.

Awe, don't worry - one doggy day at a time. It'll get easier for both of you!!!!!

It's always hard on the pets! Mine stress out big time, but eventually adjust. Hope things mellow out for all of you soon.
