On The Market

Not just me...
My house too.

I don't know how the real estate market is doing where y'all are, but it sucks here right now. I mean REALLY REALLY sucks!

So keep your fingers crossed for a quick sale.

Aren't I suppose to bury some statue of a Saint or something like that in my front yard? Which one?

And if I do...

Is God cool with that?

Is your neighbor part of the package deal you're offering? That could set you apart from the million others selling around here.

Not great here either, but we are supposed to be the best of the worst!
So what is your plan, are you buying somewhere else?

I've heard so many different saints from different people and we're Catholic for crying out loud. I think if you asked any one of them nicely- they'd intercede for you out even if it's not their specialty! I'll ask for you if you want- you know who I'm in tight with!

Ms. Florida,
Sad to say my neighbor is part of the deal. Don't think his wife would be too happy if I took him with me.

MWP,
Can't buy something until I sell. Hoping to move closer to Comet & Dad.

AO,
Thank you!

Comet,
Are you speaking of Father Fastou?

L,
It is St. Joseph, My middle name. He was one of the first carpenters, earthly father to Jesus, and the first real estate agent. Burying a statue of him is supposed to increase the speed of the sale of a home. They actually sell kits on-line.

Yes! It's St. Jos., I think and you bury him with his feet pointing a certain way or upside down or something... God won't mind. St. Jos. is Christian! LOL! And our market sucks big ones here, too.

A couple of my friends recently did this, and they did sell their houses fairly quickly afterwards... I'm pretty sure they went the upside down, facing the house burial method... Good luck!!!!
